1.A customer can be eligible for a refund if an e-mail requesting a refund is done by the
customer
(with the registered email id) to refund@trymyloan.com within 48 hours of purchasing the Portal
Plan. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer
payment was received. As per the banks, the refund can be received within 7 to 8 working days.
2. If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati,
they
can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the Portal Plan.
3. There are certain areas/locations in which our company does not provide its services. If any
person who has bought our Portal Plan and belongs to such areas/locations can apply for a refund
within 48 hours of purchasing the membership Plan.
